Applicant would be sharing with 4 males, and the support model is sleep-over. Several days a week the applicant would need funding for 1:1 in home supports, or community access, or attend external group supports .
Applicant would contribute 75% of DSP as an accommodation fee which covers rent, groceries, utilities, local transport, one household streaming service, house and yard maintenance and supply and replacement of all communal furniture and appliances.
