This property is a private rental home where we provide Supported Independent Living (SIL) supports. We work closely with participants, their families, and support coordinators to appoint the most suitable support team for the household. Our team delivers shared onsite support based on each resident’s NDIS goals, daily routines, and required support ratios. For participants with specific clinical or therapeutic needs, such as cerebral palsy or complex behaviours, we collaborate with external allied health providers or specialist support services to ensure all care needs are met. Support arrangements are regularly reviewed through: • Ongoing check-ins with participants and families • Feedback from support workers and external providers • Formal review meetings in line with participants’ NDIS plan reviews or changing needs This helps us ensure that the level and style of support remains appropriate, person-centred, and responsive over time.
