There are two separate living areas, the second being a lounge in the quiet wing that gives a resident somewhere to withdraw to away from the main living space. Very high impact wall lining, 30mm. Commercial grade window frames with laminated safety glass. The kitchen is its own enclosed room with viewing windows, so a support worker keeps line of sight even while preparing food. Fully fenced perimeter and a dedicated overnight assistance room.
Robust or Improved Liveability funding accepted. The dwelling is enrolled as Robust, so an Improved Liveability participant gets a home built well above the standard their funding requires. Medium term and short term accommodation also accepted.
Better Living Solutions is the SDA provider only. Your participant keeps their existing support team, and we are glad to work with any SIL provider. Close to Bathurst health and community services.

Applicants must be NDIS participants with Specialist Disability Accommodation funding for the Robust or Improved Liveability design category in their plan, or actively seeking it. The dwelling is enrolled as Robust, so an Improved Liveability participant gets a home built well above the standard their funding requires.
We also accept medium term accommodation and short term accommodation.
Better Living Solutions is the SDA provider only. Daily supports are delivered by a Supported Independent Living provider of the participant's choosing, and we are glad to work with any SIL provider. If it helps, we can introduce you to local providers who are ready to start.

There are no restrictions based on cultural background, income or location. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants are warmly welcome, with culturally safe supports available.
Applicants from any Local Government Area are welcome, whether local to the Central West or relocating to Bathurst. Rent is the standard SDA Reasonable Rent Contribution.
