Funding Criteria
To be eligible for these modern SDA apartments, you’ll need apartment SDA funding within your plan. Your SDA funding will be paid to iNSiTU Housing through your NDIS plan. In addition, residents pay a reasonable rent contribution of 25% of the Disability Support Pension, plus 100% of any Commonwealth Rent Assistance received (or equivalent).
