Our St Clair Supported Independent Living property is the perfect new home for an NDIS participant needing 24/7 support. Our newly built granny flat offers spacious interiors, open plan living spaces and a large outdoor area where you can enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. You will be supported 24/7 by compassionate and qualified Afea Carers. You can enjoy your privacy in your own home, or visit our adjacent St Clair SIL home to meet new friends!

As the property has just been opened, arrangements are currently flexible to either:

- One NDIS participant with 1:1 support, or

- Two participants with 1:2 with active overnight supports.

Self-Contained

The granny flat is newly constructed in September 2023 and boasts a private street entrance. With two spacious bedrooms, shared bathroom, and a convenient laundry, it offers the ultimate in comfort and privacy.
