SDA Management Services WA is working with SOL Construction in the planning, design, construction and fit-out of a range of compliant SDA housing options. Our first project is a three-villa development in Nollamara – conveniently located 10 kilometres north of Perth and is close to all amenities and transport links. Each villa will be a single storey home, positioned side by side with no common walls. Featuring an accessible bedroom and bathroom consistent with the SDA Design Standards, each villa includes a second bedroom and bathroom for a full-time carer. The villas have each been designed to include a central living area, with an accessible L-shaped kitchen fitted out with height adjustable workspaces and under bench drawers. This spacious area will form the hub of the home where you can socialise with family and friends or simply relax.
