This purpose-built High Physical Support SDA home is designed for two participants, with one participant accommodated in each private bedroom. Both bedrooms include built-in robes and their own accessible ensuites, supporting privacy, dignity and greater independence.
The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area creates a spacious central zone for everyday routines, shared meals and support delivery. A flexible entry and study area provides practical space for administration, appointments or support coordination without disrupting participant living areas.
A dedicated Onsite Overnight Assistance room allows overnight support to remain close while preserving separation from participant spaces. The home also includes an additional accessible bathroom, a large step-free laundry with storage and a covered outdoor pavilion for quiet relaxation or time with visitors.
Wide hallways, step-free circulation and accessible internal entry from the double garage support safer movement throughout the single-storey home. Built to NDIS High Physical Support Design Standards, the layout gives participants greater choice and privacy while helping SIL providers deliver efficient, responsive support.
