The home accommodates three participants and includes an Overnight Onsite Assistance (OOA) room, with Supported Independent Living (SIL) currently being provided by Vivid Living. One room is taken and 2 rooms remain available.
Each participant bedroom is generously sized and includes a private ensuite, walk-in robe and built-in desk area, offering both privacy and personal space. The shared living areas are open, light-filled and designed to support both connection and quiet retreat.
The home has been architecturally designed to achieve Platinum level under the Liveable Housing Australia guidelines, with high ceilings, accessible layouts and high-quality finishes throughout. Additional features include a 30kW solar system to assist with energy efficiency, as well as a fridge, washing machine and microwave included for resident use.
Located in a quiet, well-established area of Kyabram, the home offers easy access to local shops, medical services and community supports, with Echuca and surrounding areas just a short drive away.
