The current vacancy is ideal for a participant requiring high physical supports. The available bedroom is generously sized and includes private access to a fully accessible wet bathroom. A ceiling hoist is already installed, making the room particularly suitable for participants requiring complex mobility assistance.

Located in Nerang, the home is within short walking distance to the local shopping centre, tavern, public transport, and other key amenities, supporting independence and community access.

ADC provides 24/7 onsite support (including sleepover staff). All communal areas are fully furnished, while residents personalise their own bedrooms with individual furniture, aids, and equipment as required.

Trial stays and NDIS Short-Term Accommodation (STA) can be arranged to allow prospective participants to meet current residents and determine suitability within this shared living environment. Our priority is ensuring compatibility and fostering a positive, respectful household dynamic for everyone.
