Casula Robust SDA Townhouse, thoughtfully built by Kinkera Community, is a 2-person shared, 3-bedroom townhouse set in the heart of Casula, NSW, perfectly situated for an NDIS participant to live their life with independence, safety, and security.

This premium townhouse provides flexible living, featuring a third bedroom that can be utilized as an OOA room. It is equipped with KinAssist Assistive Technology and boasts durable, high-quality finishes. The acoustic treatment helps reduce noise triggers and minimizes impact on neighbors. Designed to suit local climatic conditions, the townhouse also offers on-site car parking for added convenience.
