We take the housemate matching process seriously. A great SIL placement is as much about who someone lives with as it is about the property itself. We invest time in discovery sessions with the participant, their family, and their key stakeholders. Trial stays, staged transitions, and open communication with support coordinators and families are all part of how we work.

We welcome applications from participants of all backgrounds. The most important consideration for us is compatibility with the current housemates and shared interests around home life. We are happy to arrange a discovery session so participants, families, and support coordinators can get a feel for the home and the existing residents before making any decisions. Trial stays are welcome.
