Vacancy options available are suitable for both males and females looking to explore their independence, with the comfort and security of a supported home.
The current resident is a female aged between 30-60 who has a good sense of humour, is kind and loves music and movies.
Staff have a wide range of skills and experience including positive behaviour support, high physical support, manual handling training, personal care, person centred active support, following allied health professionals plans, intellectual and neurological disabilities, mental health, mealtime and medication management, nutrition and swallowing, advanced first aid, epilepsy, dysphagia support and incontinence.
Staff have been supporting this home long-term and offer support based on individual needs, with the ability to undergo specialised training where required.
Support for this home includes active overnight support.
