Accessible housing in Norwood

Enliven Housing has created two types of two-bedroom SDA apartments in this SA disability housing development. We have type 1 apartments with an internal area of 85m2 and an external area of 24m2 and type 2 apartments with an internal area of 88m2 and an external area of 19m2.

In line with the Enliven Housing philosophy, the development will support Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible and High Physical Support categories.

These SDA housing apartments are designed and certified under the SDA Design Standard category High Physical Support. They have structural provisions for ceiling hoists and are Assistive Technology ready.

You can join the Enliven Community Cooperative, a unique arrangement that offers a great way to get the most from your NDIS Core Support budget.

With this Tenant controlled Cooperative, you can optimise shared support with other SDA funded residents who live in the complex. You can also get to know like-minded people who want to live their best life too.
