The house will include 3 SDA Bedrooms, 3 SDA Ensuite Bathrooms with walk in robes, a central kitchen/living/dining space, secondary living space, OOA, OOA/visitor toilet, outdoor terrace and garage.

The house will be suitable for 3 qualifying SDA/MTA residents (subject to SDA funding).

Residents qualifying for High Physical Support, Fully Accessible or Improved Liveability in their plan are welcome to apply. However, we can assist you with the process of attaining SDA funding if you feel you may be eligible.
