Summa Care has a vacancy available in one of our Supported Independent Living houses in Carrara, Gold Coast. Summa Care prides itself on providing quality accommodation with 24/7 support by our qualified and experienced staff.

Our accommodation currently is a 1:2 Support model, which can be changed into a 1:3. Supports are provided by Summa Care members who are well-trained in all areas. Supports are provided on a drop-in basis, as required. Community Supports will be available with Summa Care or a provider of your choice.

The existing co-tenants are a two easy-going males (23 and 33) who enjoy basketball and attending football games. The matching process will involve a meet and greet with the existing co-tenants to assess compatibility.

The apartment is fully furnished and move-in ready.

This 3-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Emerald Lakes, surrounded by a number of shops, restaurants and cafes. The property is within close proximity to Gold Coast attractions and community services, and there is an abundance of local parks around.
