How tenants choose their housemates: Our Intake Team employs a collaborative approach to gather information from external Support Coordinators and Stakeholders prior to the approval of trial social gatherings for new tenants. Transition Plan Meetings are conducted on a weekly basis to review critical allied health information and determine whether trial social gatherings for new housemates should commence.
Orana places a significant emphasis on matching the personality and interests of a client with those of existing clients, with the assistance of our Clinical Nurse. Our objective is to establish a home that is happy and stable, ensuring that it remains an individual's forever home.
