We will accept applicants with either Fully Accessible or Improved Livability Funding.

*Conditions for free rent period

Successful applicants with 1 Resident SDA Funding will pay no rent for a 3-month period once the SDA Provider has made their first monthly claim for Home Modifications. Successful applicants with 2 Resident SDA Funding will pay no rent for a 2-month period once the SDA Provider has made their first monthly claim for Home Modifications. Successful applicants with 3 Resident SDA Funding will pay no rent for a 1-month period once the SDA Provider has made their first monthly claim for Home Modifications.
