The remaining five townhouses each have 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, lounge room, laundry, and shared bathroom and toilet. The townhouses are joined by a private central courtyard area with veggie garden, outdoor seating and BBQ.

We are close to public transport and local shops which are about a 5-minute walk away, near Moreland and Melville Roads. There is a public park about 100 metres from the property.
