It is a large, double-storey house with 14 separate bedrooms and communal living spaces, including a large lounge room, large kitchen and smaller adjoining kitchen, large dining area and laundry. Five of the 14 bedrooms are downstairs, the rest are all upstairs.

Upstairs, there is also a small communal relaxation room, a large bathroom with showers and a toilet, and additional toilet facilities.

Downstairs there is an art room, a small phone room with a residents' landline phone, two bathrooms and two separate toilets. The staff office area is located in a separate building a short walking distance from the house. There is off-street parking available to residents.
