The current residents are males aged 20–60 years, with varying levels of mobility and independence in daily activities. They all enjoy easy access to the Armidale community and visiting nearby towns.
Current staff ratio is 1:5, or 3:5 at peak times, with active overnight support. 1:1 support is available as needed, depending on your NDIS funding. Staff experience and training includes: manual handling, hoist transfer, palliative care, safe nutrition and swallowing, supporting customers with positive behaviour support plans, alternative communication and dual diagnosis.
