Quest Collective has one room available in a modern Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Baringa, in the heart of the Sunshine Coast's Aura community. This is a calm, welcoming two-person home with 24/7 support, including overnight staff, and a dedicated staff room - so participants keep their privacy and their own space.
The home sits on flat, walkable streets close to public transport, parks and shops. It's an easy neighbourhood to get out and about in - whether that's a bus into Caloundra, a walk to the local park, or a coffee up the road.
Who we're looking for: an NDIS participant with 1:2 SIL (shared support) funding who values their independence and enjoys the security of a well-supported home. Male and female applicants are welcome to enquire (a female participant may be the strongest household fit). You'd be sharing with one housemate - a friendly, independent woman in her 30s who enjoys routine, her own space, and the occasional shared meal or activity. This home suits someone who likes a tidy, predictable household with clear boundaries and a warm, respectful vibe.
