The home has a sprinkler system, home automation, an automatic front door, automated blinds, air conditioning and heating, and a height adjustable table in a spacious open plan living area. There is ramp access, automatic doors, wide doorframes and wide pathways throughout, undercover access from the parking area to the door, and a secure yard front and back. Bedrooms have built in wardrobes, with storage for personal equipment.
Better Living Solutions is the SDA provider. Supports on site are delivered by Supporting Disabilities Australia.
Mount Druitt is close by, with Westfield Mount Druitt, Mount Druitt Hospital and Mount Druitt station on the Western line.
Medium term and short term accommodation are also accepted.

Application Criteria
Applicants must be NDIS participants with Specialist Disability Accommodation funding for the High Physical Support design category in their plan, or actively seeking it.
Two of the three places are available now. We also accept medium term accommodation and short term accommodation.
Better Living Solutions is the SDA provider. Supports are delivered on site by Supporting Disabilities Australia, so a participant moving in joins an established support arrangement rather than having to build one from scratch.
There are no restrictions based on cultural background, income or location. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants are warmly welcome, with culturally safe supports available.
Applicants from any Local Government Area are welcome. Rent is the standard SDA Reasonable Rent Contribution.
