A purpose built High Physical Support SDA home in Sefton for four participants, with a dedicated overnight assistance room. Two of the four places are available now.
Every bedroom has its own ensuite, a built in wardrobe and a television. The home has a sprinkler system, a secure automatic gate, air conditioning and heating, wide doorframes and wide pathways throughout, undercover access from the parking area to the door, and a deck. A transport vehicle is kept on site.
Better Living Solutions is the SDA provider. Supports on site are delivered by Supporting Disabilities Australia, who have a registered nurse carry out regular checks and staff the home around the clock.
Close to Chester Hill shops, Sefton station and the Bankstown precinct, with medical services nearby.
Medium term and short term accommodation are also accepted.

Application Criteria
Applicants must be NDIS participants with Specialist Disability Accommodation funding for the High Physical Support design category in their plan, or actively seeking it.
Two of the four places are available now. We also accept medium term accommodation and short term accommodation.
Better Living Solutions is the SDA provider. Supports are delivered on site by Supporting Disabilities Australia, so a participant moving in joins an established support arrangement rather than having to build one from scratch.
There are no restrictions based on cultural background, income or location. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants are warmly welcome, with culturally safe supports available.
Applicants from any Local Government Area are welcome. Rent is the standard SDA Reasonable Rent Contribution.
