We currently have one female resident and are looking for a compatible female housemate who would enjoy a calm, welcoming and respectful shared living environment.
We're flexible with age and understand that finding the right housemate is about more than just support needs. Personalities, interests, routines and individual preferences all matter.
Our Supports
TQC Support Services is a registered NDIS provider offering personalised SIL supports, including assistance with daily living, personal care, medication management and community participation.
Shared support arrangements are generally based on a 1:2 ratio, with flexibility depending on individual needs and funding. Inactive overnight sleepover support is available, subject to individual arrangements and funding.
At TQC, we believe a house should feel like a home. We take the time to get to know potential residents and consider compatibility before making any decisions.

Application Criteria
Clark House currently has one adult female resident, and we are seeking a compatible female housemate who would enjoy a calm, friendly and respectful shared living environment.
We welcome enquiries from adult females of all ages looking for a comfortable, supportive home.
Housemate compatibility is our priority. Consideration will be given to individual personalities, routines, lifestyle preferences, communication needs, personal space and support requirements.
A 1:2 shared SIL support arrangement would be ideal; however, we are open to considering participants with different SIL funding ratios and support needs. Individual arrangements can be explored to determine what may be suitable and sustainable for everyone involved.
Applicants should have NDIS funding for Supported Independent Living (SIL) or be exploring SIL funding through their NDIS plan.
Prospective housemates should be comfortable sharing their home with a friendly indoor cat.
We welcome enquiries from participants, families, guardians and support coordinators. All potential placements will be considered individually, with opportunities to visit the home, meet the team and discuss compatibility before making any commitments.
