The house will be suitable to accommodate for 2 SDA/MTA qualifying residents (subject to SDA/MTA funding).

Residents qualifying for High Physical Support, Fully Accessible or Improved Liveability in their plan are welcome to apply. However, we can assist you with the process of attaining SDA if you feel you may be eligible.
