Application Criteria

Applicants should be aged 18 years or over and have, or be working towards, an appropriate level of NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding.

Applicants will need to have the financial capacity to meet their rent and usual household living expenses.

As there is currently one male and one female resident, both in their 20s, compatibility with the existing household is an important part of the application process. Prospective residents will have the opportunity to meet the current housemates and spend time getting to know each other to ensure everyone feels comfortable with the proposed living arrangement.

There are no specific LGA, gender or cultural eligibility requirements. The focus is on finding a compatible housemate who will enjoy being part of the home.
