We have vacancies available in our Supported Independent Living houses in Moffat Beach, Sunshine Coast.

The sites are a 1:2 & 1:1 Support model provided by Supported Care. We have a team of experienced Support Staff providing ongoing tailored supports to the site. Community Support will be available with Supported Care or a provider of your choice.

The existing co-tenants are friendly gentleman who enjoy accessing their local community, watching movies/TV and engaging with their Supports.

The house has a furnished lounge and dining area, and we have a bedroom ready for you to furnish to your liking. The additional room will be for our Support Worker.

This site is transitional to provide an opportunity for SIL customers to match without commitment; then we would support the three individuals to their new longer-term home in the Caloundra area.

Whether you seek 24/7 home support or assistance with daily tasks, we've got you covered. Our services include cleaning, grocery shopping, meal preparation, personal care, medication management, lifestyle activities, community engagement, and more.

Recognising the uniqueness of each situation, we offer tailored solutions to address your specific needs. Additionally, we provide short and medium-term accommodation options to cater to diverse requirements.
