Supported Independent Living Vacancy in Marian, MACKAY QLD

Summa Care has a vacancy available in one of our Supported Independent Living houses in Marian, Mackay. Summa Care prides itself on providing quality accommodation with 24/7 support available by our qualified and experienced staff.

Our accommodation currently is a 1:2 Support model. We have core Support Workers, whose rosters can be changed to suit your needs. These staff members are well-trained in all areas. Community Supports will be available with Summa Care or a provider of your choice.

There are currently two 19-year old males living in the home. They both enjoy fishing, spending time with friends and playing video games. The matching process will involve a meet and greet with the existing co-tenants to assess compatibility.

The house has a furnished lounge and dining area, and we have a bedroom with built-in wardrobe ready for you to furnish to your liking. The additional fourth room is available for our Support Worker.

This 4-bedroom house is located in a quiet street in Marian, close to shops, gyms, doctors and chemists. The property has a beautiful large backyard with a newly built shed, which has a nice area for the tenants to hang-out, including a BBQ area.
