We at Horizon SDA are here to assist you in obtaining Specialised Disability Accommodation. Compared to a nursing home, our plans are unique and feel like home. Because our SDA homes aren’t high density, you’ll have a sense of belonging in the wider community.

We provide spacious areas that are wheelchair accessible, and provisions have been made for smart home living.

The kitchen has been designed to be easily accessible so that residents can enjoy meal preparation and cooking.

The property is designed with functionality in mind, with wide corridors, special, open bathrooms, and plenty of personal storage.

Outside, residents can unwind in the peace and quiet of the outdoor alfresco gathering space

Bedrooms feature private ensuites, air conditioning, ceiling fans, built-in robes, and Wall mounted flat screen televisions.

Homes feature intercoms, and infrastructure ready for assistive devices such as hoists.

The main living area is open plan, with a comfortable sofa, large screen television, and direct access to a covered patio and private back yard.
