Residents can socialize in the huge living and dining area, or at the large kitchen island with a low-level bench, where they can catch up with other residents.

The kitchen has been designed to be easily accessible so that residents can enjoy meal preparation and cooking.

The property was designed with functionality in mind, with wide corridors, special bathrooms, and plenty of personal storage.

Outside, residents can unwind in the peace and quiet of the outdoor BBQ gathering space.

All of our SDA homes are built to the highest standards, physically meet SDA certification criteria, and are all third-party approved.

Our homes can be tailored to individual tenants' needs and include cutting-edge smart-home technology such as the ability to control lights, blinds, access doors, air conditioning, and intercom systems from a mobile device.
