This beautiful 4 bedroom home is managed by a specialist mental health provider and one room is currently vacant! It contains a large back yard with a pool, 2 full bathrooms, and comes fully furnished. There is also a resident living out the back in a separate granny flat.

The 3 current occupants are young men aged 24-27 who have different needs relating to Autism and Intellectual Disabilities and they love to have move nights, eat pizza and dance!

This house is close to shops, cafes, local amenities and green spaces.

24hr specialist mental health-trained staff support to work with you to achieve your goals.

You will have a dedicated support team using Person-centred practice and the Recovery Oriented framework

There is plenty of parking nearby due to the quiet street this house is located on.

To apply you must be SDA or SIL (Supported Independent Living) eligible due to a Psychosocial Disability (mental illness) or be in the process of applying for SIL/SDA.
